Royal Life Centers Services

Royal Life Centers offers a variety of treatment options to meet guests wherever they are in their recovery process. We are dedicated to providing the highest standards in addiction treatment, using only the best practices that are proven effective. Our holistic approach is based on treating each guest’s mind, body, and spirit.

Our programs start with medical detox. Detox can range from either a four or eight-day stay in our medical detox facility. Each guest will undergo an assessment or evaluation from our medical staff to determine the length of their stay in medical detox. Following detox, guests are invited to attend the live-in program that we call residential inpatient. During this 14-28 day program, guests are given a case manager and primary therapist and participate in group therapy daily.

Next, guests step down into our partial-hospitalization program (PHP), the first stage of our twelve-week aftercare program. During their 4 weeks in PHP, guests continue to receive intensive therapy in a group and individual setting, while also meeting with his or her appointed case manager. Group therapy is required, and takes place for six hours per day, six days a week.

The next level of care within our 12-week aftercare program is our intensive outpatient program (IOP). Our IOP program is split up into two phases that smoothly transition guests from PHP, through phase 1 of IOP and phase 2 of IOP, and into outpatient. Keeping all of the same resources available to them throughout aftercare, guests transitioning into phase 1 of IOP are required to attend group therapy five days per week for three hours a day. In the second phase of IOP, group therapy attendance shifts to three days per week, three hours per day.

Once graduates from our aftercare program obtain employment, they are invited to move into our Graduate Housing. Here, guests will enjoy more freedom as they have the option to take part in our outpatient program. Royal Life Housing has staff available 24/7 for support, a variety of amenities, and guests are regularly drug tested. Upon graduating from our aftercare program, employed guests are invited to reside in our graduate housing.

Medical Detox

Royal Life Centers offers a full-service drug and alcohol detox and treatment network. Through our evidence-based addiction rehabilitation programs, we treat dependence on alcohol, opiates, benzodiazepines, methamphetamines, cocaine, crack, and other addictive substances. Substance use disorders are one of the most severe brain diseases, with nearly 20 million adults diagnosed as of 2016. Fortunately, alcohol use disorder (AUD) and substance use disorder (SUD) are two of the most highly treatable brain diseases, with the right care. Royal Life Centers at Cascade Height wants to help you defeat your substance use disorder. Because We Care.

Royal Life Centers puts our guests first. We carefully monitor our guests undergoing the detoxification process to ensure their safety and comfort. Detox can span either a four or eight-day stay depending on the individual. We offer medication-assisted detox, a holistic therapeutic approach, and individualized treatment plans. Royal Life Centers knows that no guest is the same, which is why our guests work with a team to determine the best plan of action for their case specifically.

Our medical professionals in detox monitor guests 24/7 and are always available to tend to any of their needs. Our team will evaluate each guest, and follow medical protocol to treat his or her withdrawal symptoms, making their substance withdrawal as safe and painless as possible.

Royal Life Centers at The Bridges approaches the treatment of substance use disorder from a holistic point of view, treating the mind, body, and spirit of each guest. Every member of the Royal Life Centers team makes it a priority to get to know each guest on a personal level. Each guest’s particular needs and circumstances are taken into account when their individualized treatment plan is being created, to ensure their personal success.

Substance use disorder can have elements that vary from case-to-case. If you are unsure whether you or a loved one is struggling with substance use disorder, please consult one of our addiction specialists at (888) 557-7990 or (877)-RECOVERY

Residential Inpatient

Our residential inpatient program at Royal Life Centers is where guests focus on strengthening and re-developing life skills. Our program was designed to follow our medical detox, and consists of group therapy five hours a day, seven days a week. Along with group therapy, guests will attend weekly individual therapy session. Our facility features a small, private environment that allows guests to recover in comfort and safety.

We incorporate a wide variety of therapies in our holistic approach to treatment. Our residential program consists of individual and group therapy, psychotherapy, and activity therapy. Group therapy is held five hours a day, every day. Groups cover many different topics such as relapse prevention, grief and loss, anger management, depression, emotional health, traditional 12-step meetings, as well as regularly rotating new topics. Fun is also an important part of our program, so we also include exciting daily activities for guests to keep things new and lively.

Using these groups and activities, we work to restore the mind, body, and spirit. We want far more for our guests than just overcoming substance use disorder. We want our guests to have long, sober, successful lives and realize their full potential.

Helping guests understand themselves, as well as their addiction and how to stay sober, is our main goal. We achieve this goal by treating the roots of their substance use disorder instead of just surface issues. Learning how to build a sober support network outside of our care is another way we prepare guests for a sober lifestyle. We look at each of our guest’s circumstances individually and build a customized treatment plan, just for them.

Our residential program was created specifically for those in early recovery. We have medical staff available 24/7 to ensure the safety of those under our care. Guests also have access to snacks and beverages at all times, along with three delicious meals from our in-house chef. Our facilities feature modern furnishings including bedrooms with plasma TVs and common areas equipped with movies and Xbox One.

Guests are required to attend group during their stay at Royal Life Centers unless medically unable to do so. Guests also participate in regular individual therapy, community 12-step meetings as well as optional community service opportunities.

If you have any questions about our residential inpatient program or any of our other programs please contact our admissions staff 24/7 at (888) 557-7990 or (877)-RECOVERY. Because We Care.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Moving on from our residential inpatient program, guests enter our PHP, or partial hospitalization program. PHP at Royal Life Centers is the first four weeks of our 12-week program. Guests at this level of care will attend groups for six hours a day, six days a week.

Our PHP program is tailored to those guests who no longer need 24/7 medical monitoring. PHP also provides a more flexible and open environment where guests can generally come and go as they please. Allowing guests the freedom to thrive, while holding them accountable, best prepares them for re-entering into society. During PHP guests strengthen and build their self-sufficiency, as well as build up their sober support network. Royal Life Centers guides guests by teaching daily living skills, effective communication, and leaning on your peers and friends for support.

In PHP guests are given the power to design a program that is going to work best for them. Upon admittance to our twelve-week program, guests will work with their therapist and decide what that plan looks like. Treatment plans are never the same for any two people. We firmly believe that giving the guest options in their treatment leads to a stronger foundation of sobriety. Our holistic approach to treatment includes group and individual therapies, activity/movement, adventure, and equine therapy. Group choices are constantly changing and evolving as we stay on top of the latest treatments available. Royal Life Centers provides guests with everything needed to achieve their goals, Because We Care.

During PHP and throughout the entire twelve-week program, guests may choose to return home or live at Royal Life Centers Sober Housing. All houses have large common living areas, kitchens stocked with all the essential cooking tools and relaxing outdoor seating. Living rooms have a large flat screen TV with an attached Xbox One to share and game with roommates. Each bedroom also has its own flat screen TV along with plenty of closet space and comfortable bedding.

Our on-site support staff, available 24/7, are in recovery themselves. We find guests are more receptive to their help and also more likely to reach out to someone who understands what recovery is like. Transportation to 12-step meetings is provided four times a day, with at least one being a requirement. Guests must also check-in every night with a breathalyzer test and random urinalysis testing is performed.

If you have any additional questions about our PHP program or any of our other programs, please, reach out to us today. Our admissions team is standing by 24/7 and can be reached at (888) 557-7990 or (877)-RECOVERY. Because We Care.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Upon completion of PHP and the first three weeks of our twelve-week program, guests will move onto our intensive outpatient program. IOP is comprised of eight weeks total and is broken down into two three-week phases. The first four weeks are a transitional phase, made up of three hours of group per day, five days a week. Next, the final four weeks include three hours of group per day, three days per week. Guests of Royal Life Centers at The Bridges continue to learn important life skills and develop the tools needed to find long term sobriety and lead happy successful lives.

Our holistic approach to treatment at Royal Life Centers includes group and individual therapy, activity therapy, adventure therapy, equine therapy, as well as 12-step meetings. We also focus on several other areas including trauma resolution, relapse prevention, psychotherapy, and anger management. Addressing substance use disorder from all angles ensures that mental, physical, and spiritual healing takes places at Royal Life Centers.

During our twelve-week program, a strong emphasis is placed on helping our guests to find jobs. Guests will attend different employment readiness groups including resume building workshops and interview skill classes. Our employment specialist meets with each guest once a week during the final three weeks of IOP in order to help with submitting resumes, filling out applications and preparing for interviews. Successfully getting a job is a requirement for a guest in order to graduate from the twelve-week program.

Since we aim to make guests an active part of their own personal treatment plan, we never use pre-determined, one-size-fits-all programs. Along with their individual therapist and case manager, guests decide how their schedule during IOP will look. Each guest will choose from our large selection of groups and design their own personized schedules. This ensures guests are enrolled in groups that interest them as well as ones that will benefit them the most. Self-discovery happens best when you take an active interest in what matters most—yourself.

As most of our guests choose to stay in our Sober Housing upon entering our 12-week program in PHP, we have taken care in making sure every part of Royal Life Housing lives up to our high personal standards as they transition into IOP. Each house features large common living spaces where guests can bond and have fun together, watching movies or playing games. There is also a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances needed to make a delicious homemade meal. Bedrooms feature comfy beds with a flat-screen TV and Dish Network. Most importantly our expert support staff members, who are also in recovery, are available 24/7. Additionally, we provide transportation to 12-step meetings in the area four times a day. We keep our guests accountable through nightly check-ins with a breathalyzer as well as random drug testing.

If you have any questions or concerns about our intensive outpatient programming or any of our other programs, please reach out to us today. Our caring admissions staff is available 24/7 to help and assist in any way. Call us now at (888) 557-7990 or (877)-RECOVERY. Because We Care.

Outpatient Program (OP)

Once a guest graduates from our twelve-week program, they often want to continue their treatment with us. Our outpatient programming is the perfect way to stay involved in treatment at Royal Life Centers. Outpatient is also available to those who have never been our guest, but would like to enhance their sobriety. Outpatient therapy is a great way to learn new tools for recovery as well as sharpen skills. OP is well suited for someone who needs completely flexibility in their schedule. Just like all our other programs, outpatient is designed around the needs of our guests.

Customized treatment plans are created between guests and their individual therapist prior to beginning treatment. Guests meet with their individual therapist regularly, depending on their own personal needs and schedule. When guests create their OP schedule, they are encouraged to select groups that interest them as well as groups that will challenge them. The same groups available for our guests in PHP and IOP levels of care are also available at the OP level. OP guests will attend group therapy one time a week, and individual therapy sessions will be scheduled one time per month.

Our comprehensive, holistic approach to treatment includes group and individual therapy, adventure therapy, equine therapy and much more. Further, a few of the areas we examine closely include but are not limited to, trauma resolution, relapse prevention, meditation, and anger management.

Guests who have just graduated our twelve-week program and are living in our graduate housing, find that OP is the perfect way to stay active in the Royal Life Community. For those living on their own, our OP is a great way to join the Royal Life Family and become part of a great community.

Royal Life Centers has a program that works for everyone. Whether you start your journey with us, or join us later in your sobriety, Royal Life Centers wants to invite you into our family.

Sober Living

After completing our inpatient programs, guests who would like to continue with us in our aftercare program most commonly will choose to live in our Sober Housing on property. Our Sober housing is only available to current guests who have completed our inpatient treatment programs. We model the responsibility of paying bills and budgeting with low weekly rent for a nice apartment or home that is fully furnished with cable/internet and is accompanied by the safety and security of a sober living staff nearby. Paying rent for sober housing begins after we help you find employment— in phase 2 of the 12-week program. Rent is a weekly cost of $50 (weeks 4-8) and rises to $75 (weeks 9-12).

At Royal Life Centers we believe that responsibility, stability, and accountability are all indispensable for those in early recovery. We expect our guests to take care of their living spaces. Some regular daily responsibilities include making beds, keeping bathrooms and kitchens clean, and learning to work together with peers. Learning independence along with good decision-making skills is extremely important during this time of personal growth and development. All of our guests are held to these standards but are also allowed the freedom to grow. There is an abundant opportunity for growth learning to live clean and sober at Royal Life Housing.
