I came to the Royal Life Detox center just wanting to get clean and sober and only planning on staying there for 21-28 days (BTW the place is so nice and the staff are so good!)After I had been there for my full detox stay I realized through the groups I attended that I didn’t have to just exist being clean and sober. I learned that how I could live and thrive being clean and sober! I decided to enter the 12 week program, best decision I ever made! The housing was so nice the staff were great and the treatment met me right where I left off at detox. I’ve since completed the 12 week program and have moved on to the Grad house program. I’m so grateful for Royal Life Center today. They saved me from myself and have taught me how to love myself and live a wonderful life. There are to many staff names to mention as so many are a part of my recovery journey but just to give a huge thanks to you all at Royal Life. If you are on the fence with wanting to get clean and sober my advise to you is give yourself a break and call Royal Life Center today. They will provide any needed transportation to the facility and proper medical attention to help you come off any substances in a very comfortable manner. Start living life again today. Just starting a 12 week program at Royal Life and am amazed at what a exceptional experience I've been given. The administration definitely has done right with all the staff and facilitates hired, they are all wonderful, compassionate, living people who have made me feel welcome . A family like environment who cares and loves me.
Week 13, after detox inpatient 30 days, I , as you can see in the pi ture, was branded by Royal Life Centers for life. My own doings! This branding is part of my playing my tape back/ forward. I have learned to love myself, and be ok with me. As a addict / alcoholic for 40 years, now in recovery 151 days free of all mind/mood altering substances I have much love and gratitude for every BHT at Royal. RICK the DO is such a wonderful human, he cares for each and every person at royal as if they are family. Every therapist I interacted with has impacted my life and I believe care and truly want to see every patient have success in recovery, they are not there for any reason other than a purpose to help those who truly want or struggle in recovery. The facilities, both detox and IOP/OP are very comfortable with detox having the most amazing chefs. Highly recommend Royal Life Centers for anyone who desires recovery

First off, I want to thank everyone involved at Royal for making this the most real and genuine treatment I've been fortunate enough to go to.
Coming out of jail this time, I had everything stolen from me, no car, no home, and starting from ground zero. I knew it was going to be a struggle to not resort to easier methods of getting money to get by, but thankfully Royal Life center brought me in and welcomed me the day I was released, gave me a home, gave me food, surroundede with positive people and energy and most of all, a second chance at life the right way. I can't even begin to tell you how much love and support they have shown me in every way possible, and when I've had opportunities to excel despite their rules of operation, they have never once held me back, but made changes on their part in order for me to keep moving forward towards a successful future. I would recommend anyone who is tired of the bullshit of the daily struggle and just over being put through the ringer on the daily, to reach out. The people who work here have been through it and feel you on so many levels. It saved my life, it could save yours too. By far the best out of the 8 treatments I've been to without question. I started out in Sumner detox/inpatient then went onto Spokane 12 week extended care followed by the grad program. I was in the program for a total of about eight months.
This program and their staff are beyond amazing! From the BHTs to the facilitators, therapist and case managers. They are understanding and caring but have rules implemented to hold their clients accountable while allowing them to grow into responsible contributing citizens. Royal offers a lot more freedom then most programs while slowly integrating their clients back into society. The resources are endless, the groups are diverse and the program all around simply amazing!

This is the extended part of the Royal life program. Which I have to say has been nothing but a great experience so far. Royal Life Treatment Centers is deeply informative and life altering in all the best ways. In my former life of active addiction I was desperate and hopeless, barely living and existing on a constant Roulette game gambling on my life every day I used. I am half way through the 90 day program and I can honestly say that transformation is already happening on every level of my thought process and existence. The instructors/facilitators are in depth, their groups are inspiring and they have renewed my hope. I am excited to take on my dreams and goals and continue growing and evolving in my recovery. However, most important to my heart -they have given my family back the "Celeste" they missed for many years. It's a delight to hear the sheer joy and pride in my mom and dad's voices when I call home. I am excited to see what I will achieve and accomplish after graduation. Went through here twice. Never felt judged. Staff always got things done as far as case management goes and the facilitators were compassionate and knowledgeable. To be honest more than likely I would he dead without them. If you need help, royals the best option in the PNW in my opinion.

I absolutely love this treatment center. The staff is amazing. I have learned about my addiction and disease. Since being there I have learned coping skills that I use every day to help me keep my sobriety. I've learned how to finally open up and talk about my trauma, a things I've never be able to do for 12 years. One of the best things is the staff are in long term recovery themselves so it was more comfortable talking with them and speaking up in groups because they understand and have been where we were. The facility and the houses we stay in are very nice. I'm so greatful that I got the opportunity to go here.

I would recommend royal life centers to anyone who struggles with addiction and wants to get clean and get back on their feet. I got a lot more than just accountability and sobriety (which is great!) you get the opportunity to explore tools you need to stay sober and to thrive in in life. I had a great experience at Royal Life Centers, Mead location. The staff helped me strategize ways to make recovery simple for my lifestyle. My treatment plan was customized to my individual needs. The doctors and nurses help me to better understand my medication and get the dosage correct; in order for me to concentrate on my recovery and learning. The variety of groups helped me to find coping skills necessary to succeed out in the real world. The program, as a whole, kept me focused on new ways to deal with stressors, and it also took the edge off of the day to day tasks. The facilitators were very knowledgeable about group topics. The case manager was very helpful, she has lots of resources and is available most of the day to assist with housing food, legal, and after care needs. I would recommend the program to others who felt lost and hopeless due to addiction.

This was my second time through Royal life, the first time I had felony warrants and that's a big reason why I didn't get it right. This time I got my warrants taken care of and came back to work on myself with no other things over my head other than working on me. Royal life is by far the best treatment ever. The way it is set up allows you to get your life back in order. I was able to get my driver's license back and I got a full time job. I was able to do my job and all the required classes. The staff was in my corner the whole time. Some staff even went up and above to help me get everything done. Lindsey and Yolanda are so awesome. They just really show you the true meaning of care. Thanks for everything and I will be here at the grad house for 8 months to get a chance to get a little more time and be able to save some money for my own place.

I’ve been at Royal since 7/18/23. My experience has been pretty positive. Lindsay has been great with helping get signed up since I came. Orientation was organized and gave me the information I needed for treatment in house. Lindsay also has been a great resource for helping me navigate outside assistance programs and has even help fill out online applications for the these programs.
